Treatment
Fine-needle therapy that targets trigger points deep in the muscle to release tension, reduce pain, and restore normal movement.
Dry needling uses very fine, sterile needles inserted into tight bands of muscle known as trigger points. The needle prompts the muscle to release, easing pain, reducing tightness, and helping restore normal function. It's called “dry” because nothing is injected — the effect comes from the needle itself.
It can be particularly effective for knotted, overworked muscles and referred pain that's hard to reach with hands-on techniques alone. Most people feel a brief twitch or ache as the trigger point releases, followed by a noticeable easing of tension.
Dry needling is offered as a standalone 30-minute session, or it may be included within a massage treatment at no extra cost where it supports your recovery. As always, we'll assess first and only use it where it's the right tool for what your body needs.
Priced clearly. Complementary techniques included at no extra cost where they support your recovery.
