Treatment
Gentle, sustained pressure that works with the fascia — the connective tissue wrapping your muscles — to ease restriction and restore easy movement.
Myofascial release works with the fascia, the thin layer of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle in the body. When fascia becomes tight or restricted — through injury, inactivity, or chronic tension — it can limit movement and create pain that feels hard to pin down.
Rather than fast, deep strokes, this treatment uses slow, sustained pressure held until the tissue softens and releases. It's a calmer, more gradual approach that can be especially helpful for stiffness, restricted range of movement, and tension that hasn't responded to other methods.
Each session starts with an assessment of how you move and where restriction is holding you back, then works methodically through those areas. You'll leave with take-home advice to help maintain the freedom of movement we create in the room.
